Consent to the processing of personal data
Scope and purpose of the processing of your personal data
We will process your personal data to the extent that you have provided it. This includes, in particular, your name, surname, email, telephone number, home or business address, the name of your organisation or company and our communications with each other on all platforms. We will use your personal data to process your order and for the purpose of direct marketing and sending commercial communications within the meaning of Act No. 480/2004 Coll., on certain information society services, as amended, and to offer the products and services you have subscribed to. We do not collect any sensitive data about you and if you provide it to us, we will delete it periodically and will not process it unless we have your express consent to do so. If you post such data in a Facebook group, we understand that you are aware that such group is accessible to other users. Personal data is processed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation – Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016, as amended (“GDPR”).

We will retain your personal data for the minimum time necessary to fulfil the purpose of the sale and to process your order. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent given prior to withdrawal. Withdrawal of consent also does not affect the processing of personal data that we process based on another legal basis, for example the processing of an order.
Persons with access to your personal data
Your personal data will be accessed by us, our employees and, where applicable, by third party processors who provide appropriate safeguards and whose processing meets all the requirements of the GDPR and who will sufficiently protect your rights and your personal data. Your rights relating to the protection of your personal data

Right to object
You have the right to object to the processing of your personal data if we process it for direct marketing purposes. You must submit your objection directly to us via email at office@meem.cz. If you object to the processing for direct marketing purposes, we will not further process the personal data to this extent unless we can demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds for processing which override your interests or rights and freedoms or for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims. Right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority
You can file a complaint regarding the processing of your personal data or our failure to comply with our obligations under the GDPR with a supervisory authority at any time. The supervisory authority in the Czech Republic is the Office for Personal Data Protection, located at Pplk. Sochor 27, 170 00 Prague 7, www.uoou.cz.
