Prepregs
Pre-impregnated fabrics

Pre-impregnated materials (prepregs) are reinforcement fibres or fabrics into which a resin system has been impregnated. The resin systems in prepreg react very slowly at room temperature. Prepreg resins can only be fully cured by heating them to the prescribed curing process.

Fabrics
for prepreg production

We use many different fabrics for prepreg production.

Woven prepregs

  • Carbon
  • E-glass
  • S-glass
  • Aramid
  • Hybrid
  • Basalt
  • Flax

Biaxial and multiaxial prepregs

  • Carbon
  • E-glass
  • Aramid

UD prepregs

  • HS carbon UD (230 – 250 GPa)
  • IM carbon UD (290 GPa)
